I had a fab time at this hotel! The rooftop pool was such a relaxing oasis after a busy day, and the spacious junior suite was super comfortable. Just a bummer about the inconsistent water temperature in the shower.

I enjoyed the beautiful murals throughout the hotel, which added a charming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I appreciated the convenient access to shops and cafes nearby, making it easier for me to explore the area.
More accessible seating in common areas would help.

The hotel had a fantastic location, right in the heart of Miraflores. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a big shower that felt great after a long day of exploring. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. it offered a decent variety that helped kickstart my day. Staff members were generally friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, I faced a significant issue at check-in. Late at night, I encountered problems because they required proof of parentage for checking in with my kids. I had to reach out to someone in Canada to resolve this, which was frustrating after a long flight. The rooftop pool was nice for relaxing, but it felt a bit cramped with only two sunbeds available. While my stay had its challenges, the positives definitely outweighed them.

The rooftop pool was a lovely retreat.
I faced significant issues during my stay. The TV in my room only had Spanish channels, and it took us an eternity just to get one channel switched to English. When I reported the problem with the remote, the staff seemed confused and unhelpful. Additionally, the breakfast was a real letdown. it had very limited options and was presented poorly, far below my expectations.

Charming Stay with a Delightful Rooftop Pool
My group had a lovely time relaxing by the rooftop pool. The view was stunning, even though the pool was a bit small. We faced some delays at the bar, but overall, the cozy atmosphere and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. Don’t miss out on the breakfast!

The Junior Suite Double offers a generous amount of space, allowing for comfortable lounging after a long day. Located in the lively neighborhood of Miraflores, the hotel provides easy access to local shops and eateries, making it convenient for exploration.
The TV posed some challenges, only offering Spanish channels and requiring two people to help get one channel in English. Breakfast was underwhelming, lacking variety and fresh options like oat milk would have been a nice touch. On top of that, I experienced inconsistent hot water. it was cold at first and then scalding, although they did fix it promptly. The carpet outside my room appeared filthy, likely due to insufficient housekeeping, which detracted from the otherwise decent setup.
